Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products (Altered Packaging or Product, Worn, Or Damaged items are not eligible for return). We take pride in our products and customer service.

Product Guarantee

  • False Brows may not be for everyone
  • False Brows are hand-made and may not be identical
  • False Brows are universally designed 
  • False brows can be longer in the front to be cut to fit your features

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund you as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be returned in original factory condition 
  • Security seal must be intact and seal must be tampered free.
  • Odor free, unworn, makeup free, not cut or washed.

Enclosed copy of the original invoice, be sure to include:

  • Style / Color Exchange Request
  • Return & Refund

Due to the nature of our products items will only be accepted if unopened and in the same condition as when shipped to you. We may require you to provide an image of the product seal and condition for the exchange.

  • The order is cancelled within 14 calendar days of signing for the goods. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued, unless this condition is met.

Damaged Packages

If your order is damaged, please contact us within one business day of receipt so that we can report it to the carrier for a damage claim.

Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items placed as a custom order or items made for you
  • international orders

Prior to any return, you MUST contact us. A refund authorisation number will be issued by a member of the Lashybrows team. This must be obtained before any item can be returned.

We recommend that you send back the parcel along with a tracking number.

Lashybrows cannot accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for the return carriage of the goods.

Should it be necessary to return an order that was placed as a special delivery, a 5% handling charge will be incurred. This will be charged on all returns of special deliveries.

If a client repeatedly returns products, Lashybrows reserves the right not to supply future goods to the individual concerned.

Free Color Exchange

We offer one FREE color exchange for the first time purchases in the U.S. only.  If you color does not match perfectly, email and request another color. Due to the nature of our products items will only be accepted if unopened and in the same condition as when shipped to customer. Customer may be required to provide an image of the product seal and condition to exchange.


We offer 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for customer purchases made on only.  We do not refund any item such as adhesive, makeup, serum, applicators.  We do not refund the shipping cost.

Change of mind 
We will accept returns if customer has changed their mind only within 14 days of purchase order date. Due to the nature of our products items will only be accepted if unopened and in same condition as when shipped to customer. Customer may be required to provide an image of the product seal and condition prior to return.  

Our quality control team will review the condition of the returned product/s, and will provide the customer with an online store credit and/or credit back to their account for to the value of the returned product/s less any freight or handling costs communicated in advance to the customer.

Online store credits are valid for 30 days and are only for use at If the condition of the products does not satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, the product/s will be returned to the customer at the customer’s sole cost.  

Faulty product returns 
A faulty product is identified as product/s that arrived to the customer damaged, or in a form unfit for its advertised intended use. If a customer receives a faulty product, We will provide the customer with a free exchange or online store credit to the value of the faulty product/s following their return to Lashybrows.

Please email if you receive any product faulty within 7 days following the product’s purchase in order to qualify for a return in this instance. Online store credits are valid for 30 days and are only for use on

Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Our false brow products are hand-made and processing may take up to 3-4 days; orders may take up to 7-10 to receive. If you have any questions or experience a delay on your order please email and provide your order number, name, and shipping address. We are not responsible if the shipping address the customer provided is incorrect.
