CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE, RETURN, FAULTY PRODUCTS, DELAYS
Lashybrows will accept exchanges if customers have received their product and and wishes to exchange for another color. Due to the nature of our products items will only be accepted if unopened and in the same condition as when shipped to customer. Customer may be required to provide an image of the product seal and condition to exchange.
Change of mind
Lashybrows will accept returns if customer has changed their mind only within 7 days of purchase order date. Due to the nature of our products items will only be accepted if unopened and in same condition as when shipped to customer. Customer may be required to provide an image of the product seal and condition prior to return. If Lashybrows is satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, Lashybrows will provide the customer with an online store credit to the value of the returned product/s less any freight or handling costs communicated in advance to the customer. Online store credits are valid for 30 days and are only for use at lashybrows.com | instabrows.co If Lashybrows is not satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, the product/s will be returned to the customer at the customer’s sole cost.
Faulty product returns
A faulty product is identified as product/s that arrived to the customer damaged, or in a form unfit for its advertised intended use. If a customer receives a faulty product, Lashybrows will provide the customer with an exchange or online store credit to the value of the faulty product/s following their return to Lashybrows. A customer must communicate any product fault within 7 days following the product’s purchase in order to qualify for a return in this instance. Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Our false brow products are hand-made and processing may take up to 3-4 days; orders may take up to 7-10 to receive. If you have any questions or experience a delay on your order please email email@example.com and provide your order number, name, and shipping address. We are not responsible if the shipping address the customer provided is incorrect.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS
False Brow products must be returned in original factory condition and in original packaging, with copy of original invoice enclosed. Labels, tags attached. Odor free, unworn, not cut or washed. Postmarked within 7 days of ship date SHIPPING FEES Shipping fees associated with the return of goods are at the sole responsibility of the customer, the exception to this is where Lashybrows has deemed the product to be faulty where Lashybrows will arrange the method of return at its own cost. RETURN FEES One your item is returned, you have two choices: Store Credit - $0 fee if you return your item for store credit to be used for a future order(s). Return for Refund: Handling Fee - $5 for items $100.00 or less. We will process your refund within 3 business days from receiving your return. Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay inprocessing your credit back to your account. ORDER RETURN PROCEDURE: 1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org 2. Ensure you provide all details of the return; i.e.product details, online order number and images/details surrounding the reason why you wish to return the product/s. 3.
