Order Processing

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday)

 Shipping within USA

Allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. Orders placed before 7AM Central time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 7AM will ship the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email and an email with tracking info when your order has shipped. PO boxes must use Standard Shipping.

Standard Shipping via US Post Office delivers within 3-5 days

Next Day Shipping is available upon approval, please contact us.

 

Shipping Delivery

The following shipping methods are available via USPS
Standard Ground (3 – 6 business days),
Second Day (2 business days),
Same Day (same day). 

Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend processing for any shipping method.  You will receive an order confirmation email and an email with tracking info when your order has shipped.

Shipping outside of USA

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via USPS or DHL Express for the best service and rates. We charge a flat fee of $30 for Canada and $50 for all other countries. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver. 

International Returns - note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We do not guarantee delivery on orders with PO BOX addresses. 

Shipping is available to most countries within 2-4 days. Cost ranges from $10-68 USD. Enter your address at checkout to see the exact cost and transit time. 

The recipient is responsible for any duty or tax charged by your country. (Canada customers do not pay taxes). If you do not see your country available on the checkout page, or you want to explore cheaper shipping options please email contact@lashybrows.com

Shipping Delays 

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Our false brow products are hand-made and processing may take up to 3-4 days; orders may take up to 7-10 to receive. If you have any questions or experience a delay on your order please email contact@lashybrows.com and provide your order number, name, and shipping address. We are not responsible if the shipping address the customer provided is incorrect.

 

Accurate Address Information

You are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and billing information at the time of purchase. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page. If the shipping or billing information is incorrect, contact us immediately to avoid issues or delays. 

Cancellation and Order Changes

Once your order has been placed no amendments nor cancellations can be made, including to billing and shipping details. We are unable to combine orders.

Shipping Promotion Exclusions

The following items are excluded from shipping promotions: oversized shipping charges, gift cards, custom invitations, custom canvas and photo center purchases. Shipping promotions cannot be applied to same-day delivery orders.
